Organize job notes, draft customer updates, compare proposals, and prepare better questions for a website or CRM developer.
Learn to use AI with confidence—on your own work, at your own pace, with someone who understands small business.
Maybe you’ve never opened a chatbot. Maybe you use one every day, but the answers still feel generic. Or maybe you’re wondering how AI could fit into the business you’ve spent years building.
We start with your questions, your experience, and something real you want to accomplish. You work at the keyboard. Seth guides you through it. The goal is to leave able to keep going on your own.
No technical background required. No pressure to buy a stack of software. No promise that one session will automate an entire business.
Choose the description that feels most like you. Your session is tailored to your starting point; these are possible topics, not a checklist we rush through in two hours.
Understand what a chatbot does, choose a starting tool, and learn a conversation style that works for you.
Explain what happened, draft a response, adjust its tone, and check the details together. Leave with a process you can use for the next message.
Plan a beginner session →Bring a task where AI keeps missing the point. Learn to improve the inputs, organize the work, and evaluate the result.
Organize relevant background, create a reusable starting brief, and test it against a real task. Learn what persists in your chosen tool and what you still need to supply.
Plan a workflow session →Use the session to scope a focused workflow or make sense of a technical proposal. Teaching and planning are available; production implementation requires a separate scope.
Map what information should move, in which direction, and when. Prepare questions about access, data ownership, recurring costs, testing, and support.
Plan an advanced session →Illustrative learning examples. We choose two priorities that fit your session, using sample or redacted information when appropriate.
Organize job notes, draft customer updates, compare proposals, and prepare better questions for a website or CRM developer.
Explore a sales spreadsheet, understand expense categories, draft promotions, or organize questions about equipment estimates. Verify calculations against original records.
Draft communications, organize maintenance information, summarize documents, and model scenarios with clearly stated assumptions.
Turn meeting notes into next steps, improve repeatable writing tasks, organize research, and outline internal processes.
Develop content ideas, refine your voice, plan a campaign, and learn how to critique a draft before sharing it.
Make sense of a confusing explanation, plan a project, compare options, or learn a subject through patient follow-up questions.
One introductory format, adapted to your experience. We can spend the time on first steps, improving an existing process, or planning a more advanced workflow.
Bring a laptop if possible. Your accounts remain yours. Any paid AI subscription is separate; start with tools that fit your needs and budget.
For beginners and existing AI users.

Not necessarily. We begin with your goals and existing tools. Some features require a paid plan, and any subscription is purchased by you separately. No particular platform is required.
The two-hour session can help define requirements, evaluate options, or plan a small experiment. It does not include a production website, live CRM integration, ongoing monitoring, or guaranteed automation. Any implementation needs its own written scope and price.
It can help organize information and prepare questions. It can also be wrong. We teach verification and when to involve your accountant, attorney, licensed installer, inspector, or other qualified professional.
