A little guidance.
A whole new way
to get things done.

Learn to use AI with confidence—on your own work, at your own pace, with someone who understands small business.

◷ Two hours, focused on you↗ $200 introductory session◎ Beginners warmly welcome
Practical AI. Personal guidance. Local roots.
Start where you are

You don’t need to
know the right words.

Maybe you’ve never opened a chatbot. Maybe you use one every day, but the answers still feel generic. Or maybe you’re wondering how AI could fit into the business you’ve spent years building.

We start with your questions, your experience, and something real you want to accomplish. You work at the keyboard. Seth guides you through it. The goal is to leave able to keep going on your own.

No technical background required. No pressure to buy a stack of software. No promise that one session will automate an entire business.

From first steps to deeper thinking

There’s more than one
way to learn AI.

Choose the description that feels most like you. Your session is tailored to your starting point; these are possible topics, not a checklist we rush through in two hours.

Get comfortable. Get something useful done.

Understand what a chatbot does, choose a starting tool, and learn a conversation style that works for you.

  • Set up an account and find the main features.
  • Explain your business, preferences, and goals.
  • Ask follow-up questions instead of starting over.
  • Draft emails, organize notes, or understand a document.
  • Recognize uncertain answers and protect private information.
An example we could work through

“I need to reply to this customer, but I don’t know how to word it.”

Explain what happened, draft a response, adjust its tone, and check the details together. Leave with a process you can use for the next message.

Seth · Columbus, Montana

Seth works in property management at Parks Property Management in Columbus and uses AI to explore practical business problems, improve communication, and think through new ideas.

This coaching grew out of everyday conversations with business owners and professionals who wanted help understanding what AI could do for them.

His reason for doing it is simple: he wants the people and small businesses around him to succeed. Sessions are patient, practical, and built around helping you become more independent.

Stillwater AI is a new coaching brand. Training focuses on practical use and planning; custom software engineering and managed technical support are separate services, subject to scope and availability.

Good questions, honest answers

Before you book.

I’m overwhelmed. Is this really for me?

Yes. You can arrive with no AI experience. We start with familiar work and move at your pace. You do not need to learn technical terminology to benefit.

I already use ChatGPT or Claude. Will I learn anything?

Bring a task where you are stuck or spending too much effort. We can focus on context, reusable instructions, document analysis, evaluating answers, or planning a workflow. The intake helps identify whether the session fits your goals; deep engineering work is scoped separately.

What should I bring?

A laptop if available, access to your own chatbot account, and two tasks you want help with. Bring sample or redacted documents. Do not bring passwords to hand over, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or confidential customer records for uploading.

Do I need a paid AI subscription?

Not necessarily. We begin with your goals and existing tools. Some features require a paid plan, and any subscription is purchased by you separately. No particular platform is required.

Will you build my website or connect my CRM?

The two-hour session can help define requirements, evaluate options, or plan a small experiment. It does not include a production website, live CRM integration, ongoing monitoring, or guaranteed automation. Any implementation needs its own written scope and price.

Can AI handle my accounting, legal questions, or technical approvals?

It can help organize information and prepare questions. It can also be wrong. We teach verification and when to involve your accountant, attorney, licensed installer, inspector, or other qualified professional.

Where do we meet?

Laurel office appointments are planned, with Columbus appointments by arrangement. The confirmed location and directions will be included with your booking. An office street address has not yet been published.

How do booking and payment work?

Online scheduling and checkout are being connected. Once active, you will choose an available time and pay through the secure booking provider. No appointment or payment is accepted through this page yet. Check or cash options are planned by prior arrangement; final payment and cancellation terms will appear before checkout.

Will I have ongoing access to help?

Your session includes one scheduled 15-minute follow-up within two weeks. Additional coaching is $100/hour by appointment. Unlimited messaging, emergency support, and ongoing IT support are not included.
